Quik Quote quoting software is an Excel worksheet that creates single- to multiple-quantity quotes, enabling companies to schedule engineering, programming, setup, machining and other processes using real-time databases.

According to the company, an Excel program is used versus other methods so estimators can see how calculations are derived instead of just the final result. The company also says that the program was designed to be easy to use, regardless of a user’s computer skills. Users can work on a job site, at the shop or at home. The software is suited for machine shop, CNC, fabrication and sheet metal work.

The software provides nine modules that can have different labor rates with unlimited expansion.

According to the company, lifetime support and training is offered to help companies maximize profitability. Free software includes a barstock and sheet metal yield calculator, a time-study worksheet and a company financial program that provides a simple method of forecasting weekly, monthly and yearly expenses.
