Hardinge’s Kellenberger Varia universal cylindrical grinding machine is designed for improved part surface quality and functional design with high-precision technology. According to the company, the machine features a larger work space and a longer machine table. In addition, the 1,600-mm distance between centers supports more comprehensive grinding possibilities. Hydrostatic guides enable maximum dimensional accuracy in grinding tasks with interpolating axes. Direct drives for the rotary axes enable high positioning speeds and accuracies.
