The No. 1030 electric cabinet oven from Grieve is a 550°F floor-level oven designed for heating large gears. The workspace measures 48" × 48" × 60" to accommodate larger parts. Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements provide 40 kW to heat the chamber, while a 2,000-cfm, 2-hp recirculating blower facilitates horizontal airflow across the workload. The oven features 6" insulated walls, an aluminized steel interior and exterior, and five levels of dual-lane roller conveyors rated at 300 lbs per level. It is equipped with a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate control contactors, and a recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
