Based on success with smaller enterprises, Epicor says its cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution is now available for mid-market manufacturers. Epicor ERP can be deployed in multi-tenant software as a service (Saas), single-tenant (hosted) and on-premise models. Users can select the edition and deployment model that works best for them. The software is said to provide flexibility to accommodate a company’s future requirements and growth.

For job shops and small manufacturers and distributors, the company offers Epicor Express, a cloud computing, comprehensive SaaS ERP system. The solution enables users to manage opportunities, orders, operations and accounting in one, integrated solution. Additionally, embedded business intelligence functionality provides real-time insight into business performance and key metrics, the company says. Epicor Express can be licensed on a subscription basis. The monthly fee includes software, hardware, support, training resources, system maintenance and upgrades.
