QualiChem’s Xtreme Cut 292 metalworking fluid is specifically designed for use with difficult-to-machine alloys such as titanium, Inconel and stainless steel.
QualiChem’s Xtreme Cut 292 metalworking fluid is specifically designed for use with difficult-to-machine alloys such as titanium, Inconel and stainless steel. Its lubrication properties are said to save money, improve cycle times and increase tool life. According to the company, the oil-based emulsion cutting fluid may be able to replace straight oils in certain applications. Low drag-out rates reduce coolant usage, and extended sump life improves productivity and reduces disposal cost. The fluid eliminates foaming, staining and residues, and is formulated with a low-toxicity profile safe for end users as well as the environment, the company says.
