High-Temperature Oven Features Heavy-Duty Loading Truck

Grieve's No. 910 1,000°F, gas-fired walk-in oven features an 880,000-btu modulating natural gas burner and a 12,500-cfm recirculating blower for heat-cleaning large valve bodies. The oven's workspace measures 60" × 120" × 78" and uses a top-mounted heat chamber. The walls are insulated with 2" of 1,900°F block and 6" of dense rockwool. The inner and outer door gaskets seal directly against the door plug and oven face, respectively. The oven interior and exterior are made of 16-gauge aluminized steel while the heat chamber is made of 16-gauge stainless steel. The 6" insulated floor uses truck wheel guide tracks in conjunction with an 8,000-lb capacity flatbed loading truck.
