Kyocera Precision Tools’ P-style ground chipbreaker is especially useful for boring applications. According to the company, this chipbreaker style maintains stable chip evacuation towards the outside of the workpiece by controlling the direction of the chips better than conventional ground chipbreakers. The company recommends combining these inserts with its Dynamic Bars for the best results.
