Large-Format Waterjet
The 60120 JetMachining center is said to be ideal for quickly and accurately cutting large or multiple parts from stock ranging to 5 × 10 ft (1. 5 × 3 m). The system features a 600-lb abrasive delivery feed system as well as a traction drive that enables faster traverse speeds.

The waterjet is featured with the company’s Dual Pump Package. This fully integrated system utilizes two P4055V pumps to produce high cutting speed and power, significantly reducing machining time compared to previous cutting models, the company says. The system is designed for shops that focus on cutting thick, difficult-to-machine materials and have high-capacity production or multiple nozzle requirements.
The center will also be equipped with the company’s rotary axis, which is a robust, waterproof rotary head that allows the waterjet to cut X, Y and Z paths to create complex 3D parts. The rotary axis is suited for cutting pipe, circular, square or other geometric-shaped stock materials.
