According to the company, you don’t have to interrupt the CNC machining process to manually lubricate the bore hole.
The tool provides uninterrupted and safe tapping of your CNC-programmed drilling and counter sinking of the metal working part.
Use CNC programmed positioning of the injector tip to provide micro lubrication of the entire bore hole upon contact.
The Oily can hold 100 mL of cutting oil serving 5,000 bore holes 3 mm and becomes just another tool in the CNC tool changer. It also increases tap longevity and CNC process safety.
