Lach Diamant’s PCD monoblock Cool Injection-Plus cutter integrates its Cool Injection cooling system and Plus chip controller for high-speed cutting. According to the company, the chips produced by the Cool Injection-Plus cutter are immediately led away from the cutting zone, avoid multiple cuts and enabling the tool to be produced with the highest number of PCD cutting edges possible. The cutter is said to promote high surface quality and accuracy while maximizing tool life. The tool comes ready for installation and can be mounted without time-consuming adjustment measurements, shortening cycle times.
