Range of Drilling, Tapping Spindles for Efficient, Heavy-Duty Work

Hann Kuen Machinery and Hardware offers its range of drilling, tapping, boring, and milling spindle heads and slides with servo/hydraulic drives. Drilling and tapping spindles have maximum capacities of 50 m/min. and maximum strokes of 150 m/min. Slides can be assembled in two-axis (XY) or three-axis (XYZ) configurations with servo, hydraulic or manual transmissions.

Spindle bodies are made of FC30 casting, stress-relieved for deformation-free performance, high precision and maximum stability. They are assembled with NSK or SKF bearings, providing accuracy of under 0.003 mm. According to the company, spindle units with hydraulic slides are especially well-suited for factories producing special-purpose machine units or performing large, heavy-duty, high-precision metal part processing.
