FadalCNC.com rebuilds and stocks a line of 7,500- to 15,000-rpm grease packs and 10,000- to 15,000-rpm air/oil spindles for Fadal machining centers. The company says the fully remanufactured spindles exceed original specifications to include an 18-month warranty on all 7,500- and 10,000-rpm spindles, and failure rates are less than one percent under warranty.
The spindles are dynamically balanced using vibration analysis to ensure there are no silent signs of bearing problems from defects, installation or contaminations. New drawbar assemblies are included in all 7,500- and 10,000-rpm spindles with a labyrinth seal designed to protect the spindle nose bearings. A taper grind is guaranteed to run out no more than 0.0002" at 10" from the spindle nose.
