Abtex’s custom rotary indexing systems are designed for high-volume finishing such as deburring of multiple surfaces and cleaning gears in flexible machining system environments. Each system, which combines an indexing turntable and motor stations, is designed for the customer’s specific parts and application requirements. Fixturing and onboard tooling options are available. The system’s cells are fully programmable through the touchscreen interface down to feeds, speeds, automatic brush-wear compensation and tooling-change alarm signals.
