Available from Dynatect Manufacturing (formerly A&A Manufacturing), Gortite Vulca-seal bellows-type covers feature sections joined by vulcanizing. By sealing the seams, this makes the covers suited for use on grinding machines and in demanding industrial environments, the company says. The sealed seams also are said to provide longer life in abrasive environments and the ability to withstand moderate external or internal pressure. The way covers are available with external support grommets, internal guides or stiffeners, and tie strips ensure that each convolution expands uniformly. They can be supplied in any size and shape.
