Roboworld’s Pendant Armor protective frame is a shock-absorbing bumper designed to protect robot teach pendants from damage when accidentally dropped. The bumper protects the most vulnerable part of the machine-user interface like a ruggedized smartphone or tablet case, saving shops from the cost of repairing or replacing a teach pendant and protecting against even more costly shutdowns.
The bumper is made of chemical-resistant Santoprene and guards the teach pendant from common hazards such as drops, spills, and extreme manufacturing conditions. The bumpers are designed to fit a variety of OEM architectures while preserving full operability and access to the pendant’s keypad, flash drives and switchgear.
