Helical Flute Solid Carbide Thread Mills are designed to produce quality internal threads, and they reduce cutting forces, ensuring smoother cuts and longer tool life. These thread mills are suitable for all types of materials including heat treated and difficult to machine workpieces. Completely CNC ground, they are available for UN, NPT, NPTF and metric threads in a range of sizes.

For all tools, the shank diameter accuracy is -0.0001" to -0.0003" and cutter diameter tolerance is ±0.0005”. All tools are supplied with AITiN coating but are also available uncoated from stock.
