EasyMark tools mark parts for easier identification in downstream operations; EasySnap tools create “shake and brake” joints for separating parts; and SnapLock tools make interlocking tabs to lock parts together.
The company’s XMT24A two-piece punches increase grind life for Euromac XMTE6 multi-tools. They are made of high speed steel, have hardened pins for precise punch orientation and have 300M-steel heads designed for toughness and long life. A ¼" back-taper and polished punch flanks are designed to reduce punching friction while eliminating galling and maximizing punch life. Punch length can be adjusted by rotating the punch head.
Also on display is the ValuGrind high-precision grind, which regrinds punches and dies to maintain optimum condition for high-quality parts production, the company says. It features a 165-mm-diameter diamond grinding wheel, inner wheel cooling to protect tooling, a 1,050-W motor, depth control in 0.02-mm increments and a portable, tabletop design.
