The iSpeed3 spindle features shorter length, higher speed live tooling for Swiss-type automatic lathes and super-compact machines. With a maximum length of 103 mm, an electric DC brushless motor and hybrid ceramic bearings, the spindles are designed for increased accuracy and spindle life. Available in 19.05-, 20-, 22- and 25-mm diameters, they feature an accuracy of less than 1 µm TIR in the spindle taper. Collet capacity ranges from 0.5 mm to 4.0 mm. The powerful, compact spindle features a maximum power output of 150 W and a speeds ranging from 1,000 to 80,000 rpm. The NE273 control enables two spindles to be fully interfaced to the machine CNC control.
