Spray Nozzles with Universal Mounting Simplify Maintenance

Bex will display its range of industrial spray nozzles, including a new series of air-actuated, universal mount nozzle assemblies. Available in both T-Tip and atomizing configurations, the nozzles feature a universal mounting system that enables removing just one nozzle from a line for quick-disconnect maintenance or replacement. A set screw assembly and mounting slot affix the nozzle to the line, rather than a closed-loop guide. The atomizing nozzles mix air and liquid at line pressures ranging to 125 psi. The nozzles are constructed of nickel-plated brass or stainless steel, and round, wide-angle round, and flat spray patterns are available.

The company will also feature its FV series of low-flow-rate, flat fan nozzles which produce a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern with angles ranging from 15 to 110 degrees, as well as other nozzle types.
