Ceratip Strong Bar boring tool kits consist of one holder and 10 inserts. New Strong Bars for WPMT trigon style inserts are available as well as the original Strong Bars designed for CCMT inserts. The inserts are available in several standard grades, including the new TN6020 and PV7020 cermet grades. An internal damper within the Strong Bar greatly reduces vibration, thereby increasing machining accuracy and providing a smooth surface finish.
