GenSwiss will feature its Ti-Loc SwissClamp slitting and milling toolholders designed to direct-mount to any ER16 collet holder using ER nuts. The taper-integrated toolholders extend micro end mills closer to the workpiece and eliminiate inaccuracies caused by tolerance stacking, the company says. TIR is held to 0.0002" or better. All mating surfaces are precision-ground.
The company also will feature its GenBore-mini for incorporating additional small-ID tools for spotting, drilling and boring.
