Martin Manufacturing’s trunnion table fixtures are designed to eliminate multiple setups in product runs and reduce downtime. Machine operators can precisely modify three different part surfaces without repeatedly changing clamps and vises, the company says. The fixtures are designed to increase productivity, reduce labor and minimize rework. The rigid, cast iron, trunnion table fixtures can be used in demanding shop environments. They are available in a variety of standard sizes and feature a bolt-on design to ease mounting to rotary tables using common, off-the-shelf hardware. Center height alterations and custom configurations are also available.
