Machine-ready blanks from TCI can be loaded directly into CNC machining centers, without the need for in-house sawing, grinding, flattening and squaring and outside processing. The blanks are available in aluminum, stainless steel and other alloys, and are deburred and cleaned to the customer’s specifications. They are guaranteed as close as ± 0.0005" dimensionally and as close as 0.0002" for flatness, squareness and parallelism.
