Profil roll form design software enables users to create new sets of rolls using parts created in previous projects. With the “Partial Project Add On” and “Partial Project Save As” functions, a profile project with a newly designed left half can be completed with the right half of an existing project that includes the rolls, for example.
The software also features an arc-type angle/radius bending method that enables users to compensate for material spring back during flower-pattern design. Snap points enable users to set the reference point in an imported CAD drawing, eliminating the need to split CAD entities. A draft modus also enables editing the final profile cross section without bending or unfolding.
