CNC Carbide Rod Cut-Off Machine

Rush Machinery’s  Auto-Cut CNC carbide rod cut-off machine is designed to increase the production rate for cutting carbide and hardened steel. It features easy-to-use CNC controls with a touchscreen operator interface, the company says. Parameters can be set for rod diameter and length, and the machine automatically loads and cuts rods from a large-capacity magazine. Capacity ranges from 0.055" to 1.5625" (1.4 to 40 mm) in rod diameter and to 16" in length. The machine is also equipped with a flood coolant system.
