DMP’s integrated wastewater treatment systems treat a variety of waste types and feature flow rates ranging from 5 to 2,000 gal/min.
DMP’s integrated wastewater treatment systems treat a variety of waste types and feature flow rates ranging from 5 to 2,000 gal/min. The custom systems use reverse osmosis, deionization and microfiltration technology in applications such as heavy metals removal from plating and surfacing operations; paint line pre-treatment; oil and grease removal; and food processing.
The systems can be fitted with advanced automation and controls that are said to reduce the risk of human error, provide more consistent results, and reduce downtime by facilitating remote access and system monitoring. The company uses sensor and control technologies, enabling a greater level of mechanization and efficiency throughout the water-treatment process. According to DMP, treating wastewater enables manufacturers to meet compliance standards, save money and use water more efficiently.
