YG-1 offers its X-Speed Rougher solid carbide roughing end mills. The four- and five-flute mills are available in stub, short, regular and long length, extended and long-reach corner radius. They are said to reduce vibration during the roughing of materials such as alloy steels under 40 HRc and cast iron. The brochure provides specification and cutting condition charts, as well as test reports for side cutting and slotting with the end mills.
