Bystronic Xpert features a comprehensive database in material bend allowances and extensive empirical bending knowledge, the company says. Options include FastBend + safety system for increased productivity and machine safety; Energy Saver for reduced energy consumption compared to conventional press brakes; and Optical Bend Guiding designed to guide press brake operators through bending applications. LEDs indicate the correct position of the tool stations and bending sequences, and a laser angle measuring device ensures exact angles regardless of material properties.
