A sheet metal-specific version of CrossTrack provides complete visibility of orders, material stock, nests and machine workloads, along with full traceability to reduce errors and save time. Information is updated in real-time to provide the same data across the network. Another feature, barcode scanning, also eliminates the need to enter data across different systems and prevents errors. The program works in conjunction with Expert nesting software to increase nesting performance.  
 
An updated version of JetCAM Orders Controller Lite (JOC Lite) is also on display. The program is designed to provide a quick and clean method for remotely importing orders for parts and complete assemblies for nesting. Users can drag and drop parts and assemblies into multiple worksheets, which can then be queued for nesting. CSV import enables transfer of data from legacy systems such as MRP/ERP.
 
JetCAM Expert offers material management features, upgraded remnant sheet management, support for high-end part unloading systems and automatic destruction algorithms, along with other additions.

Finally, existing JetCAM users with a current maintenance contract have access to QuickCost, a free part costing application. QuickCost enables users to specify material and machine hourly runtime costs, and drag and drop JetCAM geometry files into the main window to instantly see costs.
