Parlec Names Vice President of Inside Sales and Service

Tooling and presetting equipment provider Parlec (Fairport, New York) has named Mark Higgins vice president of inside sales and service. Mr. Higgins holds a B.S. in engineering from the SUNY College at Buffalo as well as an M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has experience in building aftermarket sales and service for industrial businesses.
