Additionally, if a replacement component is required and in stock, the company will ship it within 24 hours, including on Saturdays.

While the company’s regular service hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday, customers are running leaner than ever and need additional support to ensure operations run smoothly and profitably, says customer service manager Tom Goudzwaard. “It only seemed natural to look at ways to extend our service support for urgent issues that occur after normal business hours.”
