Appropriate for use with a single CNC or inline with a manufacturing cell, the Turbo-Separator T22/RCS recycles grinding and polishing fluids by removing the fine micron particles entrained in the fluid. The filtration system has a process rate of up to 40 gpm, with solids removal capacity of 22 lbs of sludge prior to liner change-out.
The RCS system includes a low-profile dirty/clean tank that uses gravity to receive dirty fluids. The “clean” tank incorporates a multi-pass design, overflow protection and a supply pump for returning purified fluid to the machine tool.
