Walter USA’s B3230 Walter Capto fine boring tool is suitable for standard as well as reverse machining and features internal coolant supply up to the cutting edge. The flexible, single-edge precision boring tool is available in diameters ranging from 0.078" to7.992" with an adjustment accuracy of 0.0001" on the diameter. A range of indexable inserts adapted for precision boring are offered, enabling optimal cutting parameters in each material. The boring tool is available with Walter’s Capto modular tooling interface, as well as NCT and ScrewFit, adding to its versatility.
