The SC500 spray cabin from LNS America provides a compact, mobile enclosure for blowing oil, dust and debris off of machined workpieces. The unit features an air filtration system designed to remove contaminants that can otherwise become airborne and affect the health and safety of machine operators. The three-stage filtration system is designed to control the heavy mists created by high-rpm machines and high-pressure coolant. The cabin features large, lockable wheels for easy mobility; side trays for holding tools or instruments; and a washable pre-filter. The single-phase motor is energy efficient and provides low noise levels, and the unit can also be equipped with a three-phase motor.
