The company will also introduce the Xpert 80 press brake, which is designed to accommodate a spectrum of applications for bending complex, small- to medium-sized parts.
In addition, the company will display its Xact Smart 160 press brake, which is available with a five-axis back gage, extended open height and Energy Saver; its Xpert 150 with integrated six-axis robot tool changer, which is said to save as much as 70 percent in setup time; the 10-kW ByStar 3015 fiber laser, designed for high-speed and thick-plate cutting; and its BySmart Fiber lasers, which are designed to provide performance with lower investment costs.
Bystronic will also feature its software, including BySoft 7, for keeping pace with high productivity downstream equipment; Manufacturing Execution System, which enables users to plan, direct and evaluate workflows according to defined timelines to create digital transparency across the process chain; and ByCockpit, which can help to identify opportunities in the production process by analyzing and visualizing process data associated with sheet metal production.
