For turbine blades, the company offers the 518TB machining center. This machine is available in a five- or six-axis configuration and a full CAD/CAM solution. An auxiliary slide equipped with a tailstock, collet chuck or divider provides increased flexibility for blade support, the company says.
For complex, prismatic parts, the company says its 408S2 machine’s five simultaneous axes and high-dynamic, direct-drive double divider provide high performance.
For medical parts such as bonescrews, the company offers the 508MT and 508S machines. Available with six to eight axes, this machine features a three-position backworking device (counterspindle, vice and tailstock) and an automatic handling system. The high-dynamic 508S is equipped with five simultaneous axes and a Heidenhain CNC.
