Abtex Corporation has expanded its Tri-Ten planetary head deburring system to include a return-to-operator (RTO) configuration. The series is designed to deburr both sides of a part in a single pass, whereas previous systems had been flow-through configurations.

The company has expanded its Tri-Ten planetary head deburring system to include a return-to-operator (RTO) configuration. The series is designed to deburr both sides of a part in a single pass. Parts are loaded at one end and a magnetic conveyor passes them through an offset planetary deburring head where three fiber abrasive brushes deburr the upward-facing surface.
