Production speeds increase and bar remnant lengths are minimized with the Multi-3000 Bar Feeder. The machine is a high productivity bar handling solution available exclusively in North America from Lexair. The Multi-3000 automatically loads round or profiled stock to CNC fixed headstock machines with precision and speed. The Multi-3000 can be programmed in any one of three operating modes; pushing to a specific length; pushing to a stop on the turret; or operating in conjunction with the spindle and pulling the stock as parts are made. The Multi-300 can feed stock of varying lengths and no bar-end prep, such as chamfering, is necessary

Lexair Collet Chucks
Lexair offers precision collet chucks ranging from self-contained mechanical grip fixed-length versions to pull-back drawtube actuated models and wrench operated units for applications where no drawtube is available. Our chucks can accommodate parts up to 5-1/2 inches in diameter.

Lexair offers a family of stationary collet workholding components which can be utilized individually or grouped together into a system.
