Introducing Makino's EDAF2i Ultra Sinker EDM

David is the EDM Applications Technical Leader at Makino in Auburn Hills, Michigan. He has over 30 years of experience in the machining industry working on production, aerospace and die mold applications. Prior to his role as EDM Applications Technical Leader, David worked as the EDM Applications Team Leader, and a Senior EDM Applications Engineer for Makino. Prior to his move to applications, he was a Senior Field Service Engineer for three EDM OEM’s. He is a tool & die maker having worked in a tool shop for over 10 years. David attended Baker College in Michigan with a degree in Manufacturing Systems Technology.

Brian is the Makino EDM Product Line Manager. He has over 30 years of experience in the machining industry working on both production and die mold applications. Prior to his role as EDM Product Line Manager, Brian was the EDM Application Team Leader. Prior to this, he was an EDM Application Engineer with a focus on Wire EDM. He worked in tool & die shops for over 15 years. Brian received his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.
