View MoreFives (Paris, France) has acquired Lund Engineering (Seattle, Washington), expanding its offerings of composite parts manufacturing equipment for the aerospace industry. Lund Engineering designs and builds electromechanical equipment for manufacturing composite aerospace structures and components, notably for companies such as Boeing. According to Fives, the two companies’ equipment ranges are highly complementary.
Erik Lund, the current CEO and majority shareholder of Lund Engineering will continue to manage the company and remain involved in its development through a minority holding in Lund Engineering’s capital.
