Jergens Acquires Cutting Tool Supplier

Jergens Industrial Supply (Cleveland, Ohio) has acquired the Cutting Tool and Industrial Supply Division of the George Whalley Company. The companies say the merger is a good fit because both strive to differentiate themselves with service expertise. In addition to metalworking consumables, both companies offer technical service and product training programs, vendor and usage control programs, inventory management, cost saving analysis and more.
