View MoreHardinge offers its Conquest H51 bar and chucking machine featuring the company’s quick-change Collet-Ready spindle. The machine has a 20-hp, 5,000-rpm A2-6" main spindle with a 2" bar capacity. The machine is available in two models as well as multiple configurations. The Super-Precision model provides high performance and accuracy, achieving part roundness to 0.00002" (0.5 microns), continuous machining accuracy deviation on diameter within 0.0002" (5 microns), and part finish to 10 microinches (0.25 microns).
