With a machine length of 70.9" (1802 mm), the FCL-130RP is designed to optimize floor space — making it well suited for tightly packed production lines or flexible plant layouts. Its 30-degree slant bed provides rigid performance, optimal chip removal and long-term machining stability.
Integrated with a two-axis gantry robot, the FCL-130RP enables fully automated part handling, featuring:
- 5.5-second workpiece swapping to significantly minimize cycle times
- Parallel-type grippers for simultaneously loading and unloading operations
- Intuitive setup for diverse workpieces requiring only three input values
- Integrated workpiece counter for precise job tracking and management
- Eight-tool hydraulic turret with 0.25-sec indexing speed
- The automated system can handle parts up to 3.15" (80 mm) in diameter, 3.94" (100 mm) in length and 6.6 lbs (3 kg) in weight, providing versatile automation for a wide range of small- to medium-sized components.

- Spindle speed: up to 6,000 rpm

Equipped with roller-type linear guideways and high-precision 3.15"- (80-mm) diameter spindle bearings, the FCL-130RP enables smooth, accurate and vibration-free cutting at high speeds.
The machine features an intuitive graphical user interface for the robot system, alongside controller options such as FANUC and Mitsubishi, which provide features including 3D machining simulation and manual guide and ShopTurn options.
Standard equipment includes a 6" hydraulic chuck, toolholders, soft and hard jaws, a moveable coolant tank and more. Optional accessories include an automatic door, toolsetter, parts catcher and oil-mist collector enhance functionality and workflow integration.
