Datanomix has enhanced its Delivery Track solution to include predictive job completion insights, smart job placement recommendations and universal ERP connectivity — helping manufacturers provide on-time delivery (OTD), improve scheduling accuracy and align every department around shared production goals.

Delivery Track was built to answer one of manufacturing’s most persistent questions: “When will that job be done?” The solution is designed to connect live machine data with ERP-driven scheduling to give everyone in the shop a clear, real-time view of job status and what comes next.

Delivery Track shows manufacturers exactly how jobs are performing in real time based on actual production data. Delivery Track now features a Universal ERP Connector and expanded analytics for overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and OTD by customer, part number and part family. Every team works from the same real-time data to see what’s running, spot risks early and keep jobs on track to deliver with confidence.

Key capabilities of Delivery Track include:

  • Live Job Monitoring and Projected Completion: See what’s running, how it’s performing and if it’s on track to ship on time.
  • Job History Scorecards: Review past performance by customer, part number, work order or timeframe to pinpoint wins and losses.
  • Machine Availability Planner: Identify the best machine for your next hot job, based on availability and performance forecasts.
  • Universal ERP Connectivity: Sync scheduling data automatically from any ERP for up-to-date, hands-free job tracking.

At the core of these enhancements is the new Universal ERP Connector, which enables seamless integration with any ERP system. Manufacturers can now automatically pull in work orders, quantities and due dates — eliminating manual data entry and keeping the schedule aligned with real-time shop floor performance.

“Delivery Track is about more than just schedules — it’s about creating a single source of truth for your shop,” says Datanomix founder and CEO Greg McHale. “By connecting your ERP to real-time machine data, we’re giving manufacturers a complete, accurate picture of what’s going on and what needs to happen next. That’s how great teams stay on track and deliver with confidence.”

With ERP and machine data in sync, every department — engineering, operations, planning and sales—works from the same up-to-date view. From live job tracking to historical performance analysis, Delivery Track enables shops to plan smarter and deliver on time.
