Henning Industrial Software Inc. presents its newest additions to its Visual EstiTrack ERP shop management system with the improved releases of its Touch Scheduling Board and iVET mobile phone and tablet applications. Additionally, Henning Software introduces its upcoming Visual EstiTrack ERP Ultimate solution. Visual EstiTrack Ultimate is an entirely new ERP system completely rewritten using Microsoft’s .NET and SQL Server technologies.
The latest release of Henning Software’s Touch Scheduling Board has new features that allow users to flag parts requiring aerospace, heat or ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) control to promote proper shop floor compliance. Henning Software’s Scheduling Board uses an intuitive drag-and-drop touchscreen interface, enabling users to schedule shop order operations within and between workcenters. The shop order operations appear as cards while the work centers are represented by swim-columns.

The Touch Scheduling Board is designed to emulate the magnetic scheduling boards often found in shops, effectively replacing them. This interface is fully integrated into Visual EstiTrack ERP and meant to be deployed on large touchscreen monitors on the shop floor to make it easier for personnel to prioritize operations, view and set statuses, move operations from one workcenter to another and enable clocking in and out of shop order operations via the Scheduling Board.
