The machine features the latest in Fanuc technology, the 310iA control as well as glass scale feedback. The HSK50 spindle head is double-ended and accepts as many as six wheels to cover virtually any possible geometry, the company says.
The company’s tool grinding software, Quinto5, allows for quick searches of existing tools as well as an easy, graphical operator environment to complete programming. Instant tool simulation as well as point and edit enable immediate corrections or changes. The package is offered complete with coolant and tooling.
