Absolute Machine Tools Promotes Nicole Conrad
Nicole Conrad has been appointed to chief marketing officer of Absolute Machine Tools. Conrad worked her way up from the role of administrative intern.

Nicole Conrad, newly appointed CMO of Absolute Machine Tools
Absolute Machine Tools, importer and distributor of CNC machining and automation equipment, has promoted former sales and marketing coordinator Nicole Conrad to chief marketing officer. As CMO, she will be responsible for developing the company’s marketing strategies and maintaining relationships with partners.
Conrad is looking forward to exceeding expectations in her new position and growing with the company. She shared, “I’ve been a part of nearly every department here, and it has definitely helped me become familiarized with the machines and the industry as a whole. I learn something new every day, and that’s one of my favorite parts of this job.”
Conrad is currently pursuing her Master of Business degree at Kent State University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree Summa Cum Laude in 2020 with minors in Marketing and International Business. She started as an administrative intern at Absolute Machine Tools in early 2018 and quickly progressed to receptionist to service coordinator to sales and marketing coordinator, a position created specifically for her. Her promotion to CMO was made official in February of 2021.
