View MoreCogsdill Tool Products Inc. (Camden, South Carolina) has acquired E-Z Burr Tool Co. (Livonia, Michigan). The company will continue to operate E-Z Burr as an independent company with production and support of E-Z Burr products continuing from its Michigan facility. The marketing of both companies’ products will also continue to be handled via their existing relative supply chains.
The acquisition is intended to draw on the strength of both companies to enhance their capabilities to serve and support their customers worldwide.
