Coolant Recycling System Extends Fluid Life
PRAB’s Guardian coolant recycling system reclaims and manages fluids for operations with industrial coolant or washwater reservoirs.
PRAB’s Guardian coolant recycling system reclaims and manages fluids for operations with industrial coolant or washwater reservoirs. The system recycles used coolants, reducing new fluid purchases and waste fluids. Free-floating and dispersed tramp oils are reduced at process rates of 90 to 1,500 gph, the company says, and larger-capacity systems also are available. The system purges coalescing media of solids and sludge with an automatic air sparger, and operates on a continuous overflow process with multiple passes to prevent rancidity.
