FactoryWiz Monitoring boosts productivity by collecting live shop floor production data, creating baseline metrics and identifying process improvement opportunities. FactoryWiz Monitoring helps manufacturers visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) by gathering production data from every machine or process. Respective departments, managers and C-level executives can visualize critical machine data in real-time via interactive dashboards, charts, graphs, e-mails and texts messages from any web-enabled mobile device or PC, anywhere in the world. According to the company, it enables front-line managers to receive the insight they need to streamline their work and improve process operations, while giving executives real-time visibility and reporting to metrics they desire.

FactoryWiz claims many of its customers who have implemented machine monitoring with included DNC part program file transfer see an immediate return of 10-20% productivity by adding visibility to corporate production targets through desktop applications, on demand reports and live TV dashboards.

The technology provides real-time data collection from CNC machines as well as other manufacturing assets such as compressors, furnaces, saws and more.

FactoryWiz says its data collection system enables users to visualize real-time performance data, work with actionable information, identify shop floor production bottlenecks, track machine uptime anytime, anywhere and download/upload (DNC) part programs.
